At Bluelnad, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original packaging
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used cleaning products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant photos if the product arrived damaged.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a copy of your shipping receipt.
