At Bluelnad, we aim to deliver your cleaning essentials quickly, reliably, and with care. Below you’ll find all the details regarding our shipping process, timelines, and options.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Orders over $50 (before tax and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Bluelnad is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
